My name carries my purpose.
Yeba means "the one born to accomplish her destiny" and I've always believed this truth extends to anyone pursuing something truly meaningful.
After over a decade in management consulting, I founded YEBA in 2015. I created handbags that served as invisible crowns, reminders to help women recognize the greatness already within them.
YEBA has become an international luxury brand with a community of ambitious women over 4 continents and 38 countries, a honest brand that was self-financed, healthy and profitable.
Building from scratch taught me that success isn't about complexity—it's about clarity. When you remove everything that doesn't serve and focus on what truly matters, you can build something lasting.
L’essentiel which means “what truly matters in French” was born from this understanding: a brand and strategy agency powered by heart, where strategy feels human with mentoring at its core to clear the path to success through simplicity, with the toolbox and the map, the strategic clarity, and unwavering support to you need to build a legacy.
